Watchdog filing update year 1

In our very first year of F’nAround watchdog filings, we somehow managed to rack up a few interesting acknowledgements of investigations:

• FDIC emails confirming review and escalation of several banking concerns

• DOJ emails confirming receipt and routing of our filings to the Criminal Section for federal review

• IDFPR response acknowledging investigation on the issues we raised around marketing to minors

• And even CPD Internal Affairs confirming an open investigation of a complaint involving a witness, a minor child, and officers acting on behalf of an Illinois cannabis company

All of this… from a few Illinois cannabis companies.

Year 2 has already begun.
