The following chronology is based entirely on public filings, publicly posted statements, FOIA logs, email receipts, government responses, and dated events. All statements below are provable via time-stamped documentation. This is not a theory, this is facts backed by data. This is a documented, date-driven pattern of response. Please reach out for anything listed you want. Notice how they take every response out of the portal and off the record? Unless stated otherwise all FOIA are sent to the cabinet for health and family services, office of medical cannabis.
December 19, 2025 User created in the portal for a media requestor with the commonwealth of Kentucky
January 9, 2026 10:03 am FOIA permission filed in portal to request information as media
January 9, 2026 10:10 am First foia filed in portal
January 15, 2026 3:42 pm email asking to reach out directly with no records via email from General counsel
January 15, 2026 5:38 pm foia for Scope clarification for their final response in portal
January 23, 2026 4:04 pm email from the deputy executive director with the records general counsel said didn’t exist
April 23, 2026 10:18 am FOIA filed with whistle blower statements on ownership information in portal
April 30, 2026 3:45 pm email from the director of enforcement and compliance extension to the foia requested
May 14, 2026 4:37 pm email from the deputy executive director with ownership information and redactions which they later proved to be false
May 14, 2026 5:56 pm Foia filed for clarification with public proof discussing vertical integration asking to see management agreements in portal
May 22, 2026 4:29 pm email from a different general counsel stating it was management agreements which they have and wont share due to privacy and showing a CHFS OMC investigation that it was management agreements and therefore not a violation
May 22, 2026 5:58 pm FOIA filed with with more public proof requesting clarification and copies of the management agreements in portal
May 29, 2026 5:01 pm email from the deputy executive director not answering the spirit of my foia at all and all or giving me what i requested but instead responded with proof that it hasn’t been management since January, 9 2026, multiple incidences of violations or regulations broken, fines paid for these violations, and transfer requests showing all previous responses about management agreements were false
June 2, 2026 5:00 pm response FOIA filed with with more public proof requesting clarification and copies of the management agreements stating no records via email and general counsel

June 22, 2026 10:28 am response from the FOIA filed with the FINANCE AND AMINISTRATION CABINET OFFICE OF GENERAL COUNSEL asking for clarification on the Inspector general report if it took into account the false message of management contracts being shown or the true ownership transfers the office of the Kentucky medical cannabis sent over later that occurred long before those management responses. Replied that they only reviewed what they had and didn’t review the records sent to us by the Kentucky medical cannabis office the showing vertical integration.
July 16-17, 2026 Under oath a nuEra Cannabis Executive and owner stated the ownership of a dispensary and a cultivation facility in Kentucky and that Kentucky OMC regulators reached out to them based on my FOIA filings.
July 31, 2026 6:29 am FOIA request for internal reporting based on testimony and a list of all outside litigation that this request would benefit
August 7, 2026 4:11 pm received extension to FOIA request for internal reporting based on testimony and a list of all outside litigation that this request would benefit
August 21, 2026 3:06 pm FOIA response that they did not refer, investigate the issues, or send to the inspector general before the false report was put out but they did review and discuss the potential compliance issues through vertical integration ownership that was authorized by them.
August 21, 2026 3:25 email to the general counsel for office of medical cannabis confirming their FOIA response that they were aware of the issues of vertical integration violations, discussed it, but never referred, or investigated it and allowed the OIG to publish false evaluations.
August 22, 2026 7:23 am foia request with FINANCE AND AMINISTRATION CABINET OFFICE OF GENERAL COUNSEL to see if there is any correspondence to correct the false inspector general report due to the OMC failing to provide the data to them to make it truthful that the general counsel for OMC showed in her response to the FOIA.
August 24, 2026 2:39 pm Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet Office of General Counsel states that, after a diligent search, it found no responsive records concerning whether any correspondence to correct the false inspector general report due to the OMC failing to provide the data to them to make it truthful that the general counsel for OMC showed in her response to the FOIA.

August 26, 2026 3:24 pm Email from OMC general counsel stating “Your inquiry is under review and we do not have a response yet. I’ll circle back ASAP.” with all internal communications trying to decide how to respond to me attached including someone from the governor’s office of Kentucky on the thread.
August 26, 2026 missed two called from the Deputy Executive Director OMC 3:18 and 3:24 pm returned call at 4:45 pm for 7 minutes then emailed her the report for OIG we are referencing in our filings for transparency.
September 5, 2026 8:03 am FOIA to the office of the Governor for a reconciliation of the Commonwealth and Governor values with department actions.
September 15, 2026 1:58 pm Response showing no records for the FOIA to the office of the Governor for a reconciliation of the Commonwealth and Governor values with department actions on their approval of vertical integration against their own regulations.
October 10, 2026 8:00 am article posted as the OMC and Public Affairs office ghosted us for a month after saying they’ll give us a response.

All materials will only be shared at this moment with an accompanying release agreement that clearly defines:
