The following chronology is based entirely on public filings, publicly posted statements, FOIA logs, email receipts, government responses, and dated events. All statements below are provable via time-stamped documentation. This is not a theory, this is facts backed by data. This is a documented, date-driven pattern of response. Please reach out for anything listed you want. Notice how they take every response out of the portal and off the record? Unless stated otherwise all FOIA are sent to the cabinet for health and family services, office of medical cannabis.
December 19, 2025 User created in the portal for a media requestor with the commonwealth of Kentucky
January 9, 2026 10:03 am FOIA permission filed in portal to request information as media
January 9, 2026 10:10 am First foia filed in portal
January 15, 2026 3:42 pm email asking to reach out directly with no records via email from General counsel
January 15, 2026 5:38 pm foia for Scope clarification for their final response in portal
January 23, 2026 4:04 pm email from the deputy executive director with the records general counsel said didn’t exist
April 23, 2026 10:18 am FOIA filed with whistle blower statements on ownership information in portal
April 30, 2026 3:45 pm email from the director of enforcement and compliance extension to the foia requested
May 14, 2026 4:37 pm email from the deputy executive director with ownership information and redactions which they later proved to be false
May 14, 2026 5:56 pm Foia filed for clarification with public proof discussing vertical integration asking to see management agreements in portal
May 22, 2026 4:29 pm email from a different general counsel stating it was management agreements which they have and wont share due to privacy and showing a CHFS OMC investigation that it was management agreements and therefore not a violation
May 22, 2026 5:58 pm FOIA filed with with more public proof requesting clarification and copies of the management agreements in portal
May 29, 2026 5:01 pm email from the deputy executive director not answering the spirit of my foia at all and all or giving me what i requested but instead responded with proof that it hasn’t been management since January, 9 2026, multiple incidences of violations or regulations broken, fines paid for these violations, and transfer requests showing all previous responses about management agreements were false
