Kentucky facts article share

Thankfully for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet Office of Inspector General had already published its report praising transparency at the Kentucky Office of Medical Cannabis.

That happened on May 9.

Five days later came a response that became much harder to reconcile with records already in the state’s possession.

The facts didn’t change.

The timeline didn’t change.

The records didn’t change.

The answer did.
