The Game of FOIA
The Game of FOIA
I know, I know.
I said I was keeping the new timelines quiet.
I said I was working in silence.
I said no more play-by-play.
But come on.
When three different regulators in three different jurisdictions all line up and all try to run three-card monte with public records, you don’t just stay quiet… you warm up.
Welcome to my pursuit of a hat trick.
For the non-hockey people: that’s three goals in one game.
For the bowling crowd: I’m going for the turkey.
For the regulators: please stop shuffling so aggressively, it’s suspicious.
This isn’t about naming names.
It’s not about exposing villains.
It’s about watching process trip over itself in three different accents.
I didn’t ask for secrets.
I asked for rules.
And somehow that turned into:
“Oops, we forgot to do that.”
“Can we talk off the record?”
“Those documents do not exist and never have, please email my boss.”
Same sport.
Same game.
Different jerseys.
So yeah timelines are still hidden.
New boards are still face-down.
But this? This one’s too funny not to share.
Drop the puck.
Let’s play.
