February 11, 2026 5:21 pm I offer the office of the AG a narrowing as requested and ask what their capacity is so I can break down the full list and submit it all in portions if that narrowing doesn’t work.

February 18, 2026 3:28 pm AG Kwame closes the FOIA giving us less than 20 files of the 3000 plus files his office has been deferring a response to since 2018.

February 18, 2026 3:43 pm FOIA response sent to AG Kwame asking if he wants us to batch down the 3000 plus files in batches of 20 since his office didn’t send more than 20 because we want all the files.

February 18, 2026 3:49 pm FOIA filed with AG office to see if they’ll send me the first 100 files on their list they gave me.

February 19, 2026 4:38 pm the AG office sent a follow up claiming misinterpretation to the previous FOIA and that the complete list I sent they thought they only had to send what their agency received but they understand now what I requested.

February 19, 2026 5:20 I reply to their misinterpretation email with complete understanding but for clarity I asked them how small they want me to batch the full list because if they misinterpreted it and they claimed burdensome on 16 files how small should my batches for the FOIA be. I also asked where I should direct FOIA about the pac office because their interpretation informed me pac is no longer considered their agency and I want to ask the right agency where to get the files.

February 25, 2026 4:23 pm extension letter from the office of the Attorney General and a request to clarify what I want again. Also asked if they could reduce the scope to only 30 files at a time of the requested due to burdensome reasonings. They asked me to email them directly to discuss the scope.

February 25, 2026 4:26 pm I replied to the office of the attorney general in the portal and via email as they requested. I clarified what I wanted again and agreed to them sending only 30 files. I asked how they would like to go through the full list of 3000 plus so I don’t file over 100 FOIA filings in one day requesting them all.

February 26, 2026 10:07 am auto email from the portal of the attorney general letting me know they created a new FOIA request for me from the email they directed me to email and it wasn’t for refinement. According to PAC/ag office in may/june 2025 that doesn’t align with what they said to excuse violations.
