Red Bull Red Monday Chicago: Bears Win, Cash Grab, and Free Wiener’s Circle Hot Dogs
Red Bull Red Monday Chicago: Bears Win, Cash Grab, and Free Wiener’s Circle Hot Dogs
We spent Red Monday at Outset in Chicago with Red Bull, watched the Bears beat the Eagles, tried the cash grab machine, and enjoyed free Wiener’s Circle hot dogs.
Some Mondays need a little extra energy. Red Bull’s Red Monday Chicago brought it to Outset for a football watch party, and we got a pretty great way to spend the evening: a sharp looking setup, a view of the Chicago Bears getting a win, a cash grab machine, and free Wiener’s Circle hot dogs.
Red Monday took place Monday, September 28, at Outset, 1675 N. Elston Avenue. The event invitation listed a patio football viewing party from 7 to 10 p.m., followed by the party continuing inside later in the evening. We were there for the Bears game, and the view made it easy to settle in and enjoy the whole thing.
And the Bears gave everyone something to celebrate. Chicago beat the Philadelphia Eagles 27–7, turning the watch party into a proper Monday-night victory lap. There is something satisfying about catching a Bears win with a crowd around you instead of watching alone on the couch and this was a particularly good setting for it.
The layout and setup were a big part of the night. Red Bull had the event space looking polished and ready for people to move around, watch the game, and enjoy the different activations. It felt lively without making the football hard to follow. We had a great view of the game, plenty of Red Bull around, free drinks, lemonade slushies, and enough going on to make it feel like an event rather than just another place with a TV on.
The cash grab machine was one of those attractions that immediately gets people curious. You step up, the timer starts, and suddenly you are trying to grab as much as you can before the moment is over. It is simple, silly fun the kind of thing that turns into a quick competition among whoever is standing nearby. We were happy to give it a try.
Then came the Wiener’s Circle hot dogs. Free hot dogs from a Chicago institution are a pretty hard offer to beat, and they were amazing. A Bears win, Red Bull, and a Wiener’s Circle dog is already a very Chicago combination. Add a great view of the game and a fun event setup, and Red Monday delivered the kind of night that makes a Monday feel a lot less like a Monday.
Red Bull’s Red Monday was a good mix of football, games, food, and a well-planned space. The Bears handled business against Philadelphia, the cash grab machine brought out everyone’s competitive side, and the free hot dogs were a highlight all by themselves. We had a great time and we would happily take another Monday like this.
