This week has been a whirlwind of activity for 312ALL! We're excited to announce the release of several new songs, and we've finalized the date and venue for a cannabis event in September. Festival bookings are also nearing completion. Additionally, we're proud to welcome our new signed artist, who's been generating positive buzz with some lighthearted, even playful songs – some poking fun at me and my experiences! Interviews are lined up, and music video shoots are on the horizon.
VIDEAC
Our press releases generated excitement for the VIDEAC app's progress, despite the slow development process. However, we encountered some unexpected roadblocks, as several platforms wouldn't publish our releases due to company validation issues. Fortunately, we've connected with PR firms who can help us navigate future press release distribution.
nuEra Cannabis
A surprising turn of events emerged in the ongoing legal case. The most damaging count was unexpectedly dismissed. We'll be filing an appeal, but this caught us off guard. As some of you may know, this weekend concerns were raised about a potential conflict of interest involving the judge, defendants, and their attorney who all belong to the same private social club. This information wasn't disclosed. Here's the good news: our network, political allies, and legal consultants have expressed concern about the coincidences surrounding this dismissal, especially considering the ongoing investigations and complaints. We're committed to pushing for transparency and ensuring proper oversight while pursuing legal recourse. Updates will be shared as the situation unfolds. Life
On a personal note, I received another month of light duty, including sobriety, reduced physical activity, and a bland diet. The recovery from my rib injuries continues. However, I'm finding solace in music creation, which has helped occupy my mind. In fact, my music engineering skills have seen a significant improvement, and some songs will be released this week.
The coming weeks will be packed with meetings across all ventures. Additionally, I'm thrilled to start sharing my story and experiences on TikTok to expose bad business practices.
On a bittersweet note:
The family of one of my childhood best friends, whom we tragically lost to addiction this year, has started a non-profit in his honor. He was family to us, and although he didn't achieve all his dreams, he initiated this journey with Juan and me years ago. I'll be posting information about the non-profit soon and encourage everyone to show their support. The attached photo features myself, Vito, and John Hoffa (John sadly passed away due to his struggles over a decade ago) as kids.
