Legacy news acknowledgment

After more than two years of building F’NAROUND MEDIA, seeing NBC credit us on air as a source hits differently.

During depositions and in court, the lawyer from Latimer LeVay Fyock representing nuEra Cannabis repeatedly challenged our standing as media arguing, in effect, that unless a legacy outlet recognized us, we weren’t really news and our words didn’t count.

We kept reporting. We kept writing. We stood by our work. And we won our case while defeating nuEra’s counterclaims.

As of today NBC has identified F’NAROUND MEDIA on air as a source. That credit doesn’t define who we are, but after everything we heard, it sure feels good to see.
