Kim Swallows at EXXXOTICA: Calm Under Pressure and One Very Unforgettable Chicago Moment

Exxxotica interviews always come with unexpected moments.

Sometimes funny.

Sometimes chaotic.

And occasionally… very real.

This time we caught up with the infamous Kim Swallows during her second trip to Chicago. Right away she came off super friendly, relaxed, and easy to joke around with while Mike officially welcomed her back to the city.

During the interview, she talked about one of the more extreme fan requests she’s received someone wanting to be treated like a literal human toilet.

Her answer?

Absolutely not.

But what made this interview memorable wasn’t just the conversation.

While Kim was working on the other side of her booth setup, a makeshift glory hole as she is the Queen of the Gloryhole, a woman nearby suddenly passed out and fell hard. The cameraman saw it happen immediately. And honestly? The thing that stood out most was how calm everyone stayed.

Mike stayed composed.

Kim stayed composed.

People nearby rushed over to help immediately.

It was one of those weird convention moments where the chaos stops for a second and everyone just becomes human again.

That contrast is what made the interview stick:
