nuEra Cannabis Update
There's still no significant progress on the nuEra Cannabis case. However, after reviewing new evidence on public record, with interested parties, I've agreed to issue a press release. Given the sensitive political nature of the information, these parties requested meetings with myself, and others next week during the DNC to discuss the matter before any press about or release of the evidence occurs. New Fintech Project
On a positive note, my long-held project idea has gained traction and secured an investor. Ironically, I developed this concept while waiting for a fraudulent buyout offer from nuEra Cannabis that their attorney, Patrick Brady(also a partner in Mariworks LLC, an executive at nuEra Cannabis, and a principal of Next Generation Public Affairs), said was coming due to their actions against me. The investor is keen on using the challenges I faced with nuEra Cannabis as a compelling narrative for the fintech launch. A press release announcing the closing of the first funding round is imminent.
