If you’ve ever Googled “sex convention Chicago,” “kink expo Rosemont,” or “adult entertainment events near me” and wondered what actually happens there… welcome to EXXXOTICA.
EXXXOTICA is one of the largest adult entertainment expos combining cam platforms, content creators, and kink/fetish culture under one roof!
Short answer?
Exactly what you think… but way more organized.
Long answer?
Imagine walking into a full-scale convention floor where brands like Chaturbate, MyFreeCams, LoyalFans, Bad Dragon, Wifey.com, and Pro13 all decided to build their own mini-empires… and then invited the fans and attendees to walk through them.
And yes, the performers are actually live-streaming from the booths.
Like… real-time, mid-convention, chatting with fans while you’re standing there thinking:
“Am I part of the stream now… or just background NPC?”
The Vibe
This isn’t some dark, back-alley stereotype.
It’s surprisingly:
• Clean
• Professional
• Weirdly friendly
• And very interactive
You’ve got:
• Rows of adult content creators meeting fans
• Full setups for cam streaming live on the floor
• Shops selling everything from beginner-friendly accessories to… let’s call it “advanced engineering”
• They even had an independent coffee and mocktail shop, candy and lollipops that were very large and shaped like we shouldn’t be caught sucking on them in public, and hemp infused products to purchase
• A full-on fetish/dungeon area that feels like someone turned Reddit into a physical space
And then casually, off to the side…
“Oh yeah, you can get a tattoo here too.”
The People
Honestly? This was the biggest surprise.
Most of the performers were:
• Super approachable
• Actually engaging with fans
• Willing to talk, joke, and hang out
No weird gatekeeping energy.
No “don’t look at me unless you paid” vibes.
It felt more like:
“Yeah, this is what I do. Come say hi.”
Which is probably why this thing keeps growing.
The Brands & Booths
The major platforms weren’t just present, they went all in:
• Massive branded setups
• Lights, cameras, full streaming rigs
• Fans interacting live with performers mid-show
It’s basically the collision of:
OnlyFans culture + Twitch streaming + trade show energy
…and somehow it works.
The Unexpected Details
Because it’s Chicago… of course it gets weird in the best way:
• Food vendors on-site
• And yes… Robinson’s No. 1 Ribs showed up like it’s a block party
• Local clubs like Scores, Deja Vu Showgirls Chicago Strip Club, and The Admiral setting up presence
• After-parties lined up across the city
So now you’re holding ribs in one hand, watching a live cam stream in the other, trying to figure out how this became your weekend.
First-Timer Verdict
This was our first EXXXOTICA.
First adult expo. And just our luck one of the biggest adult conventions in the United States.
First time stepping into this world at this scale.
And honestly?
It did not disappoint.
It’s not just a “sex convention” it’s:
• A content creator economy in real life
• A networking hub for adult entertainment
• A full-blown cultural event blending kink, business, and community
And this was just Day 1.

So What stood out most is how blurred the line is between creator, brand, and platform, everything is happening in real time, in front of you.
And therefore day 1 of EXXXOTICA Expo gets 10 out of 10 Fucks. You have to see it to experience it!
