FOIA Transparency Log
FOIA Transparency Log
Maintained by F’nAround Media
Purpose of This Log
This page serves as a structured transparency log documenting the handling of all Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests submitted by F’nAround Media.
The public’s right to access government records is fundamental to ensuring transparency and accountability. The FOIA process exists so that government actions, decisions, and communications can be lawfully examined by members of the public and the press.
This log is an internal project maintained as part of our investigative work. It allows us to track patterns of compliance and non-compliance across agencies and officials, and to provide a clear factual record of all interactions related to these requests.
What Is Documented
The following will be included for each FOIA request submitted:
Full text of the FOIA request
Office or agency to which it was submitted
Date of submission
Date of acknowledgment or failure to acknowledge
All responses received, including partial productions and denials
Any violations of statutory FOIA deadlines
Related PAC complaints and rulings
Notable inconsistencies, delays, or procedural irregularities
This record is maintained to support accurate reporting, ensure accountability, and provide a verified public ledger of the FOIA process as it is being applied.
